Landscape Maintenance Technician

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Landscaping Technician to provide professional landscaping and grounds maintenance services. 

The technician will be responsible for maintaining lawns, landscaped areas, trees, shrubs, sidewalks, parking areas, and other designated outdoor areas. The ideal candidate should be dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Maintain trees, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaped areas.
• Remove weeds, leaves, grass clippings, branches, and other debris.
• Keep sidewalks, roads, parking areas, and surrounding grounds clean.
• Perform pruning and general landscape maintenance.
• Identify and report irrigation issues, damaged property, or other site concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the job.
• Safely operate landscaping equipment and tools.
• Follow all client and company safety requirements.
• Complete assigned work professionally and according to the required schedule.

Requirements:

• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Professional and dependable attitude.

Required Equipment – Technician Must Provide:

The selected technician/crew must have all necessary landscaping equipment and tools available before accepting the job. Synergy Preserve LLC will expect the technician to arrive at the job site fully equipped and ready to perform the assigned work.

Required equipment includes, as applicable:

• Commercial walk-behind or riding lawn mower
• String trimmer / weed eater
• Edger
• Commercial backpack or handheld blower
• Hedge trimmer
• Pole pruner / tree trimmer
• Chainsaw, when required for assigned work
• Hand pruners and loppers
• Rakes and brooms
• Shovels and hand tools
• Wheelbarrow or landscaping cart
• Weed-control application equipment, when required
• Leaf/debris collection equipment and bags
• Extension cords and/or appropriate power equipment accessories
• Fuel and routine operating supplies for equipment
• All equipment necessary to safely complete the assigned landscaping work

Important Equipment Requirement

Technicians/contractors must provide their own properly maintained commercial-grade equipment. Equipment must be in safe working condition and suitable for the assigned landscaping work.

• Class 2 Safety Vest
• Safety Goggles
• Steel-Toe Boots
