Landscape Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead landscape crews, organize daily fieldwork, and ensure high-quality maintenance and installation services. This is a hands-on position for a dependable leader with strong landscaping knowledge who can keep crews productive, maintain safe work practices, and ensure each property meets company standards.


Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape crews and assign daily tasks and priorities.
  
  
• Ensure crews arrive prepared with the equipment, tools, and materials needed for each job.
  
  
• Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  
  
• Inspect landscape maintenance and installation work for quality and accuracy.
  
  
• Conduct regular property walk-throughs, identify issues, and follow up on corrections.
  
  
• Train and coach field employees on proper landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
  
  
• Lead by example and assist crews with hands-on work as needed.
  
  
• Communicate property needs, job progress, and service concerns to management and office staff.
  
  
• Communicate professionally with clients and property managers during site visits.
  
  
• Monitor the proper use, care, and maintenance of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  
  
• Supervise landscape enhancements, installations, and special projects as assigned.
  
  
• Complete daily work reports and report equipment problems, material needs, and unfinished tasks.
  
  
• Promote safety, quality, accountability, integrity, and customer service.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in landscape maintenance and installation.
  
  
• Previous experience as a landscape supervisor, crew leader, or foreman preferred.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of tropical plants and South Florida landscaping practices.
  
  
• Ability to organize daily work, assign tasks, and supervise landscape crews.
  
  
• Ability to recognize quality issues and guide crews in correcting them.
  
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• English and Spanish required.
  
  
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to lead by example.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  
  
• Experience operating and caring for landscape equipment.
