What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and help them choose the right materials (mulch, soil, rock, sod, etc.)
Recommend products and upsell when appropriate.
Answer phones and assist with inquiries.
Process transactions quickly and accurately using our POS system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional yard and retail space.
Assist with loading materials (skid steer, forklift, or by hand when needed).
Support inventory organization and restocking.
Work closely with the yard team and drivers to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Landscaping knowledge is a plus (we will train the right person).
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to work outdoors in Texas conditions.
Able to lift materials and stay active throughout the day.
