  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely and effectively

  • Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance or repair needs

  • Document completed work and communicate property issues to supervisors

  • Maintain clean, professional, and well-kept properties

  • Follow company safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team

  • Comfortable operating landscape equipment, power tools, and hand tools

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials up to 50 lbs

  • Reliable transportation and strong punctuality

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who can identify problems, learn how to solve them, and take ownership of their work

  • Someone dependable who shows up ready to work and improve every day

  • Someone who wants the opportunity to develop their skills and take on greater responsibility over time
