Language Arts Teacher - Grade 7 - Long-term Sub

The School District of Arcadia seeks a long-term substitute for a full-time seventh-grade Language Arts instructor for the remainder of the 2026-27 school year. Applicants must hold a DPI teaching license. The position starts October 1st or sooner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

The successful candidate will balance the rigors of a standards-based curriculum, a results focus, and engaging delivery that builds community in the classroom and beyond. Collaboration with other teachers in the ELA department, the middle school, and our 4-school consortium is the all-means-all norm. Our Professional Learning Community focus is continually supporting our teachers to excel at their teaching vocation.
