Late Night Line Cook / BOH Kitchen ($15-$17/hour)

Line Cook / BOH Kitchen Position

This is a late night position. Please do not apply if you are not interested in working past 2AM.

As a Line Cook / BOH Kitchen employee, you will be part of our kitchen crew! You will ensure that our food gets to our guests promptly and with a smile. We are a family-owned and operated pizza company and will treat you as the same. We have a fun team environment. Line Cook / Back of house Kitchen Responsibilities:

• Consistently plate (from scratch) food items
• Keep areas cleaned, restocked and organized
• Be a leader in guest interaction and service while making orders
• Train and aid your team during rushes
• Lead a line and coordinate tickets to ensure standards are met
• Encourage your team to be the best in their position
• Maintain a positive and fun restaurant environment

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality/food service experience is required.
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume, high-quality environment.
