What you’ll do
- Own the end‑to‑end field install: delivery, placement, start‑up, operation checks, and anything required for customer satisfaction—executed to company standards and safety practices
- Install, configure, and commission washers, dryers, and finishing equipment for laundromats, hotels, hospitals, and multi‑unit communities
- Read and apply blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Connect utilities—electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation—per local code and OEM specifications
- Level and anchor systems to floors/walls to meet safety and operational specs
- Test performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them before handoff
- Coordinate site logistics with general contractors, facility managers, and utility trades
- Train staff and end users on operation and routine upkeep
- Complete install documentation, inspection checklists, and warranty registrations
- Keep your vehicle, tools, and parts organized and in top working order
- Surface critical issues to your Manager and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement
What makes you a match
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years working on commercial, military, industrial, or manufacturing equipment repair (preferred)
- Equivalent mixes of education, training, and experience welcome
- Baseline knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Comfort with phone/email ticketing or dispatch tools (preferred)
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel (preferred)

Field expectations
- Travel stays within the service territory; some overnight trips required
- Physical work: sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, bend, climb, and perform manual tasks
- Lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs frequently; heavier items use assistive devices
- Regular talking/hearing and hand use; computer work with periods of sitting; close vision and focus adjustments
- Valid driver’s license; company vehicle may be provided
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record required
