PAY RANGE: $31/hr.

• Experience with accurately reviewing, indexing, and processing various types of legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement, and civil subpoenas
• Maintain quality standards while handling large volumes of time-sensitive requests

Our client, a cutting-edge fintech organization using blockchain technology to democratize the global economy, is currently recruiting for a Law Enforcement Response Analyst role to join the team.

Duties:

• Ability to accurately analyze lengthy legal documents

Skills:

• Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement, and civil subpoenas
• Ensure that all valid requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, our terms of service, and guidelines for protecting our sellers privacy
• Engage with law enforcement and coordinate response efforts both in writing and over the phone
• Innovate, document, and implement policies and procedures that scale with the business
• Be a key support to your attorney and investigator teammates
• Work cross-functionally with various teams across Square, including Compliance, Legal, Trust and Safety, and Infosec
• Maintain quality standards while handling large volumes of time-sensitive requests
• 1 - 3 years of Law Enforcement Response Analyst experience

Education:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
