Lawn Care Technicians and
Tree & Shrub Technicians to help keep our customers’ properties healthy and beautiful.
Experience is preferred but not required. We’ll train you, pay for it, and help you get licensed.
Open Positions: Lawn Care Technician - Apply fertilizer, weed control, and other lawn treatments to residential properties
- Identify lawn problems such as weeds, disease, and insect damage, and recommend solutions
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and application equipment
- Provide friendly, professional service and communicate clearly with customers
Tree & Shrub Technician - Treat trees and shrubs for insects, disease, and nutrient needs
- Inspect plants and landscapes to diagnose problems and recommend treatments
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and application equipment
- Provide friendly, professional service and communicate clearly with customers

What We’re Looking For - Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or tree and shrub care is a plus, but we will train the right person
- Reliable, hard-working, and comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Able to follow safety procedures and work independently
- Able to lift and carry equipment and work on your feet throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
