Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest management.
• Assess customer lawns and provide tailored care plans to enhance their health.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and answer questions.
• Document services performed and customer interactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care practices and equipment operation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
