Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in New Mexico (NM)
Key Responsibilities
Assist in orientation, training, and education of department members.
Interview patients and families to gather relevant information.
Act as a liaison between hospitalized patients, families, and community health agencies.
Provide brief counseling services to patients and families.
Maintain current information on community resources and financial benefits programs.
Assist patients and families in post-discharge health care planning.
Develop Policies & Procedures for specific Social Work needs.
Schedule and Shift Details
Monday to Friday, Outpatient setting.
