·Grade 12 or equivalent at NQF level 4·Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate Section 1326D as recognised by the MQA·OD-ETDP Level 4 or equivalent·MQA registered Assessor·MQA registered Moderator will be advantageous·NAMB registered AssessorModerator will be advantageousYou will be required to have the following·Five 5 years experience in Engineering discipline as an Artisan ·Three 3 yearsexperience in working with GHH Aard & Sandvik machines·Proficient in MS Package ·Medical Certificate of FitnessAs our L&D Facilitator EngineeringDiesel Mechanic some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to·Deliver Outcome Based training to all employees·Conduct assessments of learners·Conduct moderations on assessments·Assist durings development of new course material·Ensure that training facilities and equipment are maintained in good state of repair by conducting inspections and safety audits in area of responsibility·Ensure safety is in line with legal requirements·Manage and control administration associated with area of responsibility·Ensure Safety and Health standards are maintained·Ensure conformance with Quality and Environmental standards·Monitor and assign work to allocated assistants according to instruction when required·Coach and assist with on the job training
