    Description

    As a Lead Advanced Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support in the Industrial Automation unit, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Sr Field Supervisor and you'll work out of our Columbia, SC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

    In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers'' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing technical guidance and support
    • Ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
    • Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
    • Conduct training sessions for customers
    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
    • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies related to advanced field service
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and support the field service team effectively
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks efficiently
    • Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices in field service operations
