Summary

The Lead AI Product Manager, Claude & ChatGPT focus, is owning our enterprise relationships with Claude and OpenAI, to optimize the AI harnesses, models, integrations and tooling, enterprise-wide. The role is less about building proprietary products and more about owning and administering third-party AI platforms, evaluating new capabilities and integrations, and prioritizing requests from across the company – to empower other teams within the enterprise.

This role blends expertise in artificial intelligence, product management, and application ownership to drive successful adoption and governance of AI tools. But the biggest non-negotiable experience we're looking for is strong AI platform experience with Claude and/or ChatGPT – and MCP, APIs and integrations experience (from a product or engineering standpoint, so long you have the depth of knowledge in these areas).

A key challenge will be filtering a high volume of AI ideas into actionable recommendations. This person will evaluate use cases, determine when there is sufficient enterprise need, and bring recommendations through the company's AI governance process – and then solution with key stakeholders and ensure delivery by partnering with the key vendors (Claude and OpenAI).

What you'll be doing

· Serve as the business owner for vended AI platforms and tools, overseeing their implementation, ongoing maintenance, and alignment with company's needs and policies.

· Manage user access, roles, and permissions within vended AI tools, ensuring controls are appropriately configured and maintained in accordance with firm governance standards.

· Partner with IT to coordinate the rollout, integration, and ongoing support of vended AI solutions, serving as the primary business point of contact for vendor relationships and technical deployments.

· Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions in alignment with the company's goals.

· Stay abreast of AI trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

· Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools across the company's application and product portfolio.

· departmental collaboration to ensure the successful execution of AI initiatives.

· Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market research, and technical feasibility.

· Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on AI solutions.

· Ensure that AI-driven products address real-world problems and provide measurable value.

· Implement and uphold responsible AI development practices to ensure ethical, transparent, and fair usage of AI technologies.

Skills we're seeking

· Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Computer Science, AI, Data or other IT related field

· 5+ years of experience with Product Management, AI/Prompt Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar capacities (job titles aren't what we're looking for here, the experience is what matters)

· Strong experience owning and administering Claude and ChatGPT/Codex, ideally both

· Strong experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors into Claude/ChatGPT/Codex/etc.

· Experience with APIs and software integrations from a Product Management or Engineering standpoint

Nice to haves

· Experience with Agile / Scrum Product Management experience

· Experience aligning AI architecture with Enterprise IT architecture

· Experience meeting with business stakeholders to understand AI use cases
· Experience driving training for AI solutions organizational-wide, including to non-technical users

· Data management / governance experience
