Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and energetic Lead and AssistantDaycare Teachers to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidates are nurturing, patient, and creative. Responsibilities
Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
Design a daily and weekly schedule
Provide basic care and caregiving activities
Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
Qualifications
Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
Lead Teachers: Lead teacher credentials (45 hour infant/toddler or Prek and 45 hour Child Growth and Development, ADA)
Strong understanding of child development
Patient, kind, and nurturing
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
First aid/CPR certified (preferred)
