Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML.

• Proven experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.

• Extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade Generative AI solutions.

• Experience with advanced RAG architectures, AI agents, multi-agent systems, vector databases, and enterprise AI platforms.

• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor engineering teams.

• Experience delivering large-scale AI initiatives from concept through production deployment.
