Lead Associate Dentist

Our client, Three Two Three Dentistry is looking to find their next Lead Associate Dentist.

Three Two Three is a fee-for-service practice in Santa Clarita built on one philosophy: Hygiene Elevated. Dentistry Celebrated. No insurance, no volume pressure, and no compromises on care. Their patients drive past five other dental offices to get there, and the team has been together 4 to 10 years.

Founder Dr. Brian Edwards is moving into the CEO role to take the Three Two Three model beyond Santa Clarita. He’s looking for the dentist who will lead the clinical side as the practice grows.

THE ROLE

This isn’t a typical associate position. The Lead Associate Dentist has a defined path to Clinical Director and practice ownership for the right person.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive restorative and esthetic dentistry, including veneers, full smile design, crowns, bridges, and implant restorations
• Lead comprehensive treatment planning and case presentation
• Partner with hygienists, whose findings drive the doctor’s schedule
• Build long-term relationships with an established, loyal patient base
• Help shape clinical standards for the flagship practice and future locations

The practice refers out extractions, endo, implant placement, and sedation. If you bring those skills, great. If not, that’s okay too. Dr. Brian wants you practicing in your zone.

ABOUT YOU

• Licensed General Dentist with 3 to 10 years of experience in private practice or corporate dentistry
• Clinically confident and tired of being limited by volume expectations
• You invest in your craft through CE, or open to pathways like Kois, Spear, Pankey, LVI, or AACD
• Warm with patients. They’re used to a doctor who remembers their names and sits at eye level.
• You see hygienists as clinical partners, not a support function
• You’re looking for a 10 to 20 year home, not a stepping stone
• Based near Santa Clarita or open to relocating (relocation will be provided)
