About the Role:
Dominion Services For All People is looking for a passionate and driven Lead Behavioral Coach to join our dedicated team in Hampton, VA. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral coaching plans for clients
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of behavioral coaches to ensure quality service delivery
• Conduct behavioral assessments and monitor client progress toward established goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community stakeholders to support client outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and progress reports in compliance with organizational standards
• Facilitate group and individual coaching sessions using evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Identify and respond to crisis situations using appropriate de-escalation techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (Master's preferred) or 
• 3+ years of experience in behavioral coaching, case management, or a related human services role working with children 
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of mental healt disorders , trauma-informed care, or similar behavioral frameworks
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all state/agency compliance requirements
• Compassionate, patient, and solutions-focused approach to client care
