Are you an experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent) with a passion for leadership and making a difference? Blue Rose is seeking a dedicated Lead Specialist to supervise and mentor a team of counselors supporting unaccompanied minors in San Diego, CA.

Your Role as a Leader:
As a Lead Behavioral Health Specialist, you will:
Supervise & mentor a team of Behavioral Health Counselors, ensuring high-quality mental health support
Guide & oversee service delivery to meet program goals and compliance standards
Conduct assessments & interventions for at-risk minors in crisis situations
Ensure professional development & training for your team
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve mental health strategies and resources
Advocate for the well-being of children in vulnerable situations
Who We Need:
Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
5+ years post-licensure experience in child development, trauma care, and clinical evaluations
2+ years leadership experience managing & mentoring mental health professionals
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care & child well-being best practices
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
