The NOW Massage McKinney is seeking an energetic, service-focused, and sales-driven Lead Experience Guide to help lead our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching others, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
As a Lead Experience Guide, you'll be more than a front desk team member—you'll be a leader, mentor, problem solver, and culture builder. You'll partner closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations while helping our team achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional service, and embody The NOW's mission of making self-care accessible and essential.

Schedule & Availability
- Flexible schedule required
- Must be available to work a combination of:
- Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Typical shifts range from opening, mid-day, and closing coverage
Boutique Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire
- Serve as a role model for exceptional guest service, sales performance, and professionalism.
- Support and mentor Experience Guides through coaching, feedback, and ongoing development.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects The NOW's values.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
Support Operations
- Act as the assistant manager on duty when leadership is unavailable.
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed.
- Maintain accountability for cash handling, transactions, and operational procedures.
Elevate the Guest Experience
- Deliver a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Create lasting relationships that drive membership growth and guest retention.
- Serve as the go-to expert for The NOW services, products, enhancements, and memberships.
Drive Results
- Partner with leadership to achieve sales and membership goals.
- Monitor team performance and help implement strategies for success.
- Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales, hospitality, retail, spa, fitness, or customer service experience
- Leadership, key-holder, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate and coach others
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
- Experience with Zenoti is a plus, but not required
- Passion for wellness, self-care, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
