Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
" Life and annuity domain business analysis and process knowledge
" Requirements elicitation, workshops, user stories and traceability
" Acceptance criteria, process mapping and stakeholder management
" Leadership of BA workstream and onsite coordination
Roles & Responsibilities
" Lead requirements discovery and business-process analysis
" Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage scope/traceability
" Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules
" Coordinate product, architecture, engineering, QA and offshore Client
In addition, should be able to do the following
" Play the role of onsite co-Ordinator for offshore
" Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
" Customer-facing communication and concise executive reporting Onsite-offshore coordination across
distributed teams Structured ownership, prioritization, risk escalation and collaboration Ability to work
independently while following enterprise governance and security standards
