5+ yrs of Business Analyst experience at Onshore in customer facing role
Excellent in stakeholder management
Excellent in communication
Excellent in requirements traceability maintenance
Very good hands on experience in UAT administration and defects management and defects triage
Very good in providing internal status to Project Management and Program Managment
Experience in Contact Center IT landscape would be preferred
