This job is responsible for managing financial and operational analytics to support business strategy and compliance. It involves overseeing internal controls, reporting, and budget planning. The role drives process improvements and provides strategic insights to enhance financial and operational efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and monitoring capital and operating expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and financial accuracy
• Managing the preparation and coordination of financial plans, reports, and budgets to support strategic decision-making
• Conducting data-driven analyses to identify trends, risks, and operational efficiencies that improve business performance
• Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows and optimize resource utilization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop analytical insights that drive operational and financial decision-making
• Providing leadership and direction to engineering employees, ensuring technical objectives align with financial and operational goals
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $120,347.23 - $180,520.85

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
