Requirements<\/h3>
<\/h3>- 5+ years experience as a wood carpenter, cabinet maker, or millwork carpenter
<\/span><\/li> - 2+ years experience leading or supervising carpentry teams
<\/li> - Strong ability to read shop drawings and specifications
<\/li> - Excellent communication and leadership skills
<\/li> - Experience with shop machinery and hand tools
<\/li> - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
<\/li> - Ability to lift up to 50 lb
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred Qualifications<\/b>
<\/h3>- Experience in architectural mill work or custom cabinetry
<\/li> - CNC or production -shop experience
<\/li> - Installation and field coordination experience
<\/li><\/ul><\/span><\/div><\/span>
