Job Description:Perform carpentry duties necessary to repair and restore homes and commercial properties including but not limited to the following:
- Framing
- Drywall
- Paint
- Doors
- Cabinets
- Flooring
- Tile
- Finish Trim
- Windows
Key Responsibilities
- The Carpenter is responsible for the completion of specialized tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
- The Carpenter is responsible for completion of interior and exterior repairs.
- The Carpenter is responsible for communicating with the customer and the Project Manager to ensure successful job completion.
Requirements:
- Must have own tools.
- Must have valid driver's licence
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to transport materials.
- Must be able to pass drug and background checks.
- Minimum of 3 years hands on carpentry work and/or formal vocational training.
- Must be able to use a smart phone and communicate via email.
