Lead Change Management

Shift Timings : 7 to 3pm ET
Project Duration:6-12 Months

Key Responsibilities

Manage and govern the end-to-end Change Management lifecycle.
Review, assess, and classify change requests based on risk, impact, and urgency.
Coordinate and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Ensure all changes follow approval and governance processes.
Conduct risk assessments and verify implementation readiness.
Monitor change schedules and maintain the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC).
Ensure successful execution of standard, normal, emergency, and major changes.
Perform post-implementation reviews (PIRs) and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with ITIL frameworks, audit requirements, and organizational standards.
Produce regular change metrics, reports, and dashboards.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Enablement/Change Management practices.
Experience working with ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management, or similar ITSM tools.
Strong risk assessment and governance capabilities.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple change activities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory).
ITIL Managing Professional or relevant Change Management certification preferred.
