We are looking to add a Full-Time Lead Cleaner to our Team! The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, excellent attendance record and reliable transportation.

What You Will Do

• Lead and support the cleaning team
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Restroom cleaning
• Emptying trash
• Communicate with site management regarding staffing and cleaning needs
• Ensure assigned areas meet quality standards
• Dusting
• Window cleaning
• Carpet spotting- minimal
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Punctual and dependable
• Reliable transportation
• This position must have the ability to work indivually
• Minimum of 1 year professional cleaning or janitorial experience

This position requires the ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level, use foot or leg controls, gross manipulation, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb ramps or stairs, climb ladders, utilize near and far visual activity, and lift or carry up to 35 lbs. Some locations may have dust or debris in the air that may cause allergies. Noise levels are above average in some locations.
