Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Clinical Psychologist to oversee psychotherapy programming within their assigned region of Ohio. This leadership role involves guiding a team of therapists, developing and implementing therapeutic interventions, and providing individualized psychotherapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the rollout and implementation of psychotherapy programming across the region.
Supervise and mentor a team of therapists to foster their professional development.
Oversee and develop evidence-based therapeutic interventions for long-term care settings.
Design and implement evidence-based individual and group therapy programs aimed at addressing the mental health needs of SNF residents
Manage regional behavioral health operations to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Provide direct individual psychotherapy to residents as needed.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document care accurately.
Qualifications:
Education: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Dedication to serving patients in long-term care settings.
Experience developing and overseeing therapeutic programs for individuals and groups (preferred)
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and compliance with related documentation requirements.
