Lead Cloud Platform Developer

What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and drive adoption of cloud platform tooling, automation, reusable services, and engineering capabilities that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
- Lead complex platform initiatives from design through implementation, operational support, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for cloud platform challenges, providing architectural guidance and implementation direction.
- Design, build, and support CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and release automation processes using modern DevOps practices.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolution of complex platform issues and major incidents across cloud environments.
- Develop and enhance cloud platform capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and reliable application delivery.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of enterprise cloud standards, governance practices, and engineering best practices.
- Partner with application development teams to support cloud migrations, platform onboarding, environment modernization, and adoption initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design discussions, mentoring, and code reviews that improve engineering quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure Operations, and development teams to ensure platform solutions meet business, security, reliability, and operational requirements.
- Promote operational excellence through automation, monitoring, observability, security controls, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support business functions across the enterprise by delivering shared cloud services and reusable platform capabilities that accelerate engineering effectiveness.
