Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Concrete Estimator with strong hands-on expertise in independently preparing and pricing complete structural cast-in-place concrete bids, including foundations and superstructures.
Key Responsibilities
" Independently prepare and price complete concrete construction bids.
" Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for foundations, slabs, and structural concrete superstructures.
" Estimate labor, materials, reinforcing steel (rebar), formwork, and equipment costs.
" Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and requirements.
" Develop accurate cost estimates and complete bid proposals.
" Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and validate project costs.
Required Qualifications
" Extensive hands-on experience in structural cast-in-place concrete estimating.
" Proven ability to independently prepare and price complete bids.
" Strong knowledge of foundations, superstructures, rebar, formwork, and concrete construction methods.
" Proficiency in quantity takeoffs, labor and material pricing, and equipment cost estimation.
" Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
