AJO Technical Account Manager (TAM)
"Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP
"Experience with customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, and data ingestion
"Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
"Provide proactive technical guidance, best practices, knowledge transfer, and support for platform changes and releases.
"Coordinate and drive complex technical issues with Support, Engineering, Consulting, and Customer Success teams.
"Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript and SQL, with experience in integrations and troubleshooting.
"Ability to independently lead customer engagements and translate business requirements into scalable AJO/AEP solutions
"Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and articulation skills.
"Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Campaign, CJA, Adobe Target, or Analytics is an advantage.
"Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage technical blockers, risks, and customer priorities.
