Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant Oracle Cloud Order Management with 10+ years of overall IT and enterprise consulting experience. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation activities, drive business requirements workshops with client leadership, perform fit-gap analysis, and manage the design, development, and testing cycles for Oracle Order Management Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
Client Workshops & Requirements: Lead interactive discovery sessions and functional workshops with key client stakeholders to capture end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) requirements.
Fit-Gap Analysis & Design: Conduct comprehensive fit-gap analyses between legacy business processes and Oracle Cloud capabilities; author detailed functional specs, future-state process maps, and solution designs.
Implementation Leadership: Drive hands-on configuration, integration, data migration, and customization strategy for Oracle Order Management Cloud modules.
Execution & Testing: Oversee system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect remediation, and deployment execution.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary functional advisor and liaison between client leadership, business users, and technical delivery teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 10+ years of overall experience as an Oracle Functional / Lead Consultant in enterprise SCM domain.
Cloud Implementations: At least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Order Management Cloud.
Core Competencies: Extensive functional depth in Oracle SCM / Order Management Cloud (order processing, fulfillment orchestration, pricing, and integrations with downstream/upstream financial and logistics systems).
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and facilitation skills to comfortably lead client-facing sessions.
