Job Title : Lead Consultant - Oracle XStore Technical Architect
Location : Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Experience of 8-10 years, with relevant experience of 4-6 year
Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant role, seeking an experienced Oracle XStore Technical Architect to
join our team in Nashville. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the retail domain,
specializing in Oracle XStore POS solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing
Oracle XStore solutions to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle XStore POS solutions.
• Customize and configure Oracle XStore applications and custom integrations
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle XStore implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical
solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Oracle XStore solutions.
• Conduct product demos and provide user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle XStore applications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on the retail domain.
• Proficient in Oracle XStore POS solutions and skilled on Java and integration solutions
• Strong understanding of Java development, database connectivity, and payment integration.
• Strong expertise in Java development, including experience with Java SE, Java EE, and related
frameworks.
• Experience with Java-based web services and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in Java development tools and environments, such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and
Maven.
• Knowledge of Java performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of retail business processes and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
