How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead daily imaging operations to ensure optimal patient workflow, high-quality care, and seamless department efficiency.
• Oversee equipment quality control and troubleshooting to maintain a safe, high-performing clinical environment and safeguard uninterrupted patient care.
• Mentor and develop the imaging team by leading staff orientation, hands-on training, and continuous coaching to foster a culture of clinical excellence.
• Produce and verify precise diagnostic images using accurate positioning and technical parameters to ensure the medical team can make rapid, confident diagnoses.
• Uphold rigorous regulatory and compliance standards across all imaging documentation (PACS) and procedures to safeguard patient data and maintain institutional integrity.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• One or more of the following required:
• Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. NMTCB(CT) Computed Tomography Specialty Certification or ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography required in addition to CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy specialty also accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate''s degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we''re seeking

• 5+ years prior CT experience
