Lead Deverloper

Location: within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC - 3 days on site mandatory in a week

Pay Range: $65-$70/Hr.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 from Day 1

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in modern technologies and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .Net, React, PostGre, and AI, with a familiarity in Large Language Models (LLMs). Prior experience in the banking industry is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in .Net development
• Experience with React
• Strong knowledge of PostGre databases
• Familiarity with AI and LLM technologies
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the banking sector
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
