The Lead Direct Care Professional provides oversight, support, and direct care to individuals served by Hope Network across a variety of settings. This role serves as a leader on shift, modeling person-centered support, promoting independence, and ensuring the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral support plans. The Lead Direct Care Professional also mentors, trains, and orients new staff, assists with on-call responsibilities, and provides guidance and support to team members when supervisors are unavailable or off-site.

Required:
Bachelors degree with 2 years experience in applicable setting
Associates degree with 3 years experience in applicable setting
HS Diploma/GED with 4 years experience in applicable setting.
Demonstrated critical thinking/problem solving skills to respond appropriately to medical and behavioral issues.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to problem solve independently.
