Position: Lead ElectricianJob Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial/residential projects
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and up to code
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients

Requirements:- 8(+) years of electrical experience- Leadership or foreman experience preferred- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and manage teams- Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Valid driver’s license
