LEAD ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

️ Experience estimating public construction projects of $10M+ as a general contractor

️ Knowledge of public bidding procedures, prevailing wage, and bid forms and requirements

️ Ability to review drawings and specifications, perform takeoffs, and level subcontractor bids

️ Experience leading the bid process and mentoring other estimators

️ Strong understanding of construction costs, scopes, and margins
