Lead Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected Indianapolis-based organization to identify a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leadership to drive business performance.

This is an opportunity to step beyond transactional accounting and play a meaningful role in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who can transform financial data into actionable insights and confidently communicate recommendations to leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead monthly financial analysis and reporting activities

• Partner with business leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans

• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Develop executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards

• Investigate variances and provide recommendations to improve results

• Support month-end close and financial statement analysis

• Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiencies

• Participate in special projects that impact business strategy and growth

• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience

• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis

• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting

• ERP experience preferred

• Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through financial insights

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with leaders across the organization

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
