Lead Gardener

Kirkwood Home and Landscape in St. Louis, MO is hiring a full-time Lead Gardener to supervise a small landscaping crew and maintain high-end residential gardens. You'll earn a competitive wage of $30 - $40 an hour, depending on experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR LEAD GARDENER

• Lead and work alongside a crew of 1-2 experienced gardeners.
• Maintain residential gardens-pruning, weeding, watering, planting, and deadheading.
• Assist with garden design, seasonal pot arrangements, and organizing plant materials.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate with clients, crew, and management.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 5+ years of gardening experience
• Physical ability to perform the necessary landscaping functions of the job, including working outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
