Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Lead General Dentist to provide clinical leadership within our established, large multi-specialty dental practice in Flemington, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical leader of the dental practice
• Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Provide high-quality general and restorative dentistry
• Mentor and support fellow dentists in clinical decision-making and treatment planning
• Promote consistency in clinical standards and patient care
• Collaborate with specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient treatment

Minimum Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New Jersey dental license in good standing
• Active New Jersey CDS and DEA registrations
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience required
• Strong comprehensive diagnosis and treatment-planning abilities
• Proven ability to practice independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and support fellow clinicians
