What You’ll Do
- Interact with potential customers and set appointments for our Outside Sales team to provide product demonstrations.
- Use company provided high energy and positive engagement techniques.
- Ask the right questions to understand homeowner needs, timelines, and motivation.
- Educate customers on our services and what to expect during their consultation.
- Represent the company professionally and confidently.
- Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 30 pounds).
Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and some weekdays as needed.
- Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver’s License.
- Comfortable handling customer objections.
- Strong, clear, and confident communication skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Organized, reliable, and goal oriented.
- Experience in call centers, inside sales, appointment setting, or retail sales is a plus—but not required.
What We Offer
- Competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives-Base pay: $20.00/hour, supplemented by bonuses of $15.00 per qualifying appointment.

Pay Range: Most employees average $25.00-$40 per hour with bonuses!
