Holbrook Heating, Inc. is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing Albany Capital Region team!

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment.
• Supervise, train, and mentor installation helpers.
• Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous residential HVAC installation experience required.
• Experience as a Lead Installer preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation procedures.
• Ability to work independently and lead an installation team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
