What You'll Be Doing
Install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless systems, and IAQ equipment in residential homes
Fabricate and install ductwork for proper airflow and efficiency
Perform system startups, charging, testing, and troubleshooting
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Communicate clearly with homeowners and confirm satisfaction
Work occasional scheduled overtime or weekends as needed
What We're Looking For
4+ years residential HVAC installation experience
EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
Ability to read blueprints and installation manuals
HVAC school or apprenticeship preferred
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
Stand, bend, climb, and kneel throughout the day
