What You'll Do

• Lead residential and commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish

• Supervise and mentor helpers and apprentices on the job site

• Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to code and manufacturer specs

• Ensure quality control and job site safety on every project

• Coordinate with project managers, dispatchers, and customers

• Complete job documentation accurately

 

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems

• EPA 608 certification required

• Proven ability to lead a crew and manage a job site

• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
