What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and perform residential and light commercial HVAC installations.
• Install and work with forced-air systems, boilers, hydronic systems, and rooftop package units up to 30 tons.
• Perform installations involving ductless systems, VRF equipment, and specialized air distribution systems.
• Maintain high installation standards while providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 7 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of installation projects.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Class E license required or ability to obtain one before operating a company vehicle.
