Lead HVAC Installer

Job Description:

Complete residential and light commercial HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately. Ensure all work complies with service standards, venting codes, and work instructions. Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations. Read blueprints and diagrams to execute complex layouts and air balancing. Maintain high integrity with a constant desire to improve your craft every day.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of residential or light commercial HVAC service installation experience
• Licensing: Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred
• Skills: • Knowledge of sheet metal practices • Air balancing and troubleshooting techniques
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with internal teams and homeowners
• Reliability: • Valid drivers license with an insurable record • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Physical Requirements and Work Environment: • Physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day • Physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects (75lbs.) and up on a daily basis • Able to work in extreme heat and cold • Able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
