Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction field - ideally 7-10 years Ground-up project management experience of commercial, industrial, healthcare, municipal, or retail projects Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project) Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing projects Strong management ability Interest in interacting with clients/owners Easy-going, self-motivated, honest, and collaborative Ground-up project management experience of commercial, industrial, healthcare, municipal, or retail projects.
