Prado's Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our installation team.

This is a hands-on leadership position for an HVAC professional who understands that a quality installation is about more than putting equipment in place. It's about doing the job correctly, protecting the customer's home, supporting your crew, and leaving every project better than you found it.

As a Lead Installer, you'll take ownership of residential HVAC installations from start to finish while serving as a mentor and leader for less-experienced technicians.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects
• Install heating and air-conditioning equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Read and interpret job scopes, equipment specifications, and installation requirements
• Complete ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, condensate systems, and related components
• Properly start up, test, and commission newly installed equipment
• Diagnose and correct installation issues
• Lead and train installation helpers and apprentices
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Complete required installation documentation
• Coordinate with the Installation Manager and other departments
• Ensure every completed installation meets Prado's quality standards

What We're Looking For

The right candidate will have:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
• Experience leading or mentoring other technicians
• Ability to troubleshoot installation and equipment issues
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• A clean and organized approach to every job
• Valid driver's license and dependable driving record
• EPA certification preferred
• HVAC certifications or licensing preferred

Pay & Benefits
