We're looking for our future Operations Manager.
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is launching a new, locally owned operation in Utah County. We're looking for an outstanding Lead HVAC Technician who wants to get in on the ground floor, help build a great company, and grow into an Operations Manager role as our business expands.
You'll start in the field, doing what you do best. As we grow, you'll help hire and mentor technicians, build our team, improve operations, and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Help establish our standards for quality, professionalism, and customer care.
- Mentor and train new technicians as we expand.
- Work directly with ownership to build and improve our operations.
- Grow into managing technicians, daily operations, and business performance.
Who We're Looking For
- An experienced HVAC service technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Exceptional people skills—someone who connects naturally with customers and coworkers.
- A self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems, and leads by example.
- Someone hungry to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility.
- A team player who enjoys mentoring others and helping them succeed.
- A valid driver's license and applicable HVAC certifications.
Management experience is a plus, but not required. We're hiring for leadership potential.

The advertised salary range reflects a competitive base rate plus additional earning potential through performance-based incentives. Future salary for operations manager will include a higher base rate and additional potential earning through company-based performance metrics.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
